2. Event and Group Bookings

• Group bookings and event tickets are non-refundable but may be rescheduled based on availability.

3. Payment Disputes

• If a transaction is unsuccessful but the amount is deducted, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
